Emma has set me off on a 12-week programme, this includes weekly check-ins that includes mental and physical health, a fitness plan, and a calorie/protein goal. I also see her once a month for a 1-1 session which helps with gym technique and confidence. She is there to respond to queries and provides useful advice. Emma also asks for videos of your gym technique which again aids in building your gym confidence and getting the most out of the workouts. The app that Emma uses is also extremely user friendly. During the first covid lockdown I was so unhappy with how I looked, eating too much, exercising too little & working long hours in a supermarket whilst at University.
I decided I needed to make a change. I completely changed my lifestyle, becoming much more active, I fell in love with lifting weights at the gym and seeing myself progress. I decided in the second lockdown to get my Personal Training qualifications so I could help other women grow their confidence, get into training and make the change with their body that they really wanted!
I’m all about it being sustainable and flexible around you and your lifestyle. Life needs to be enjoyed alongside making progress in yourself.
Sessions are held in a private facility where it will just be us. You can build your confidence, have music on you want to listen to and ask a million questions without fear of judgement!
Weekly check ins to see how you are getting on outside of our session/s. This gives you the best of both worlds of in person and online training.
Emma is absolutely brilliant to work with. She really takes the time to get to know you and what your goals are. She made specific plans for me and for what I wanted to achieve. She was always so positive and encouraging especially when I needed that extra push! Her fitness classes really are amazing.
